Hello there! We are Jarrod and Tomeka, the co-owners of JNT Home Buyers. We have been buying and repairing homes in Raleigh since 2019.
Why do we do it? Well, we have always loved creating beauty out of things, and at first we just focused on fixing up our own home. We’ve been blessed to be able to move several times over the decades, so that meant plenty of opportunities to fix up our home! We noticed that sometimes, even with a nice home, it can be difficult to sell. We had to learn different ways of selling. For years the only option for most homeowners has been to list their house on the market, try to sell it yourself (and repair it yourself so that it will sell), or hold onto it hoping the problem will go away. This is true in any city. We saw an opportunity to provide a unique service to our community by providing different, better options to sell your home.
Our purpose is to create solutions for any property owner who doesn’t want to (or can’t) sell their home through the traditional route with an agent.
